Returns Policy
1. In the first instance please check the
help section of our website
for initial product support. If this does not resolve your problem please
contact us. If we are unable to resolve your problem we will advise you to
return the product and we will exchange or repair it within the first year
of purchase. Please include your order details when returning a product.
2. Wrap the item securely and include the invoice and a short note
explaining the reason for return. Usually the packaging in which the item
was sent can be used for its return.
3. We recommend you send all items back via Recorded Delivery.
Replacement or Refund
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is
still available) or refund your card.
Returning an unwanted item
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full
refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the
item. Please note that we can only refund or exchange an opened item if it
is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error. |
